Shear-form Tube Cut-Off: This is a unique method of high-speed tube cut off. Production rates can exceed 15,000 pieces per hour with certain small diameter, thin wall tubing. Sizes ranges from .010” OD through .875” OD, length’s from .020” through 4.00” long. The shear-form cut is considered burr free. End forming can also be added to the process to fabricate parts.
End Forming: We can form tubing to almost unlimited shapes. The most common include flaring, flanging, swaging, expanding, grooving, notching, nosing, and hole piercing. Our end forming equipment can form .010” OD through 4.00"D.

Bending: A variety of bending techniques are used to bend tubing. They include compression bending, rotary bending, and press bending. Both mandrel and non-mandrel bending can be performed. We bend from .010” OD through 2.00” OD.

Multi-slide Press Bending - This is a unique method of high speed bending. We use automated hopper magazine feeders into a four-slide style machine to perform multiple bends in small diameter tubular parts. This is designed for very high-volume contracts |
Coiling: Coiled tubular parts manufactured using several methods including our (6) axis CNC bender, a specially designed coil machine, and a serpentine bender. We can produce any shaped coil including helix, box, serpentine, and irregular shaped coils. We coil from 3/16” OD through 5/8” OD.
Assembly: We design and build custom assembly equipment to fabricate to customer requirements.
